Arrangements were made that others would meet Phil at Hornsea Freeport at 1pm on Sunday 21st May, to formally complete the run into Bridlington with Philip. At Hornsea Freeport were Phil's sons and families, Martin (Phil's early navigator) and Lyn Hill (TR6), Keith and Tracy (soon both to be) Baker (TR7), Martyn and Jill Bell (TR4A), Len and Marlene Ellanton (TR6). Grand-daughter Sam accompanied Phil to Bridlington, but fell asleep before getting there. Grandson Tom accompanied Phil home from Bridlington.
