Following Phil's phone message evening of 10th May: At this point he's spending the night in Ardrossan, South of Glasgow, having covered 360 miles that day!! Phil reports unusually sunny weather for Scotland (which is evident from his photographs), but having got a bit wet taking ferries. The stomach problem he'd had before starting out has now cleared, and he's enjoying himself. More soon.
